The Classic II Taper Insert

The Classic II burner is based on the popular Classic burner and takes full advantage of current technology to create a realistic flame picture that will amaze and impress.

The Classic II Taper insert comes in two sizes, 16” and 18”, and is offered with the choice of either a fibre blanket fuel bed base or for a slight additional cost a black ceramic fibre board; both of which give a more traditional looking fire with a hot glowing bed. A pumice stone fuel bed is also available for a clean bright contemporary feel.

The pumice can be used without an additional fuel bed and both fuel bed bases can be used with an additional fuel bed of Coal, Pebble or Log and Pebble.

To further increase the flexibility of this appliance, it can be fitted with any of the following high quality and dependable valves; the standard manual barrel valve, the BM 733 manual valve, the Mertik GV34 permanent pilot remote control valve or the Mertik GV 60 full sequence valve.

As well as the standard 16" and 18" Taper inserts, the Classic II is available as a Custom burner.
